Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of your order being placed, depending on current demand or workload. If you require an order quicker than this, then please contact us before ordering.
Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends/bank holidays will be treated as if received the next working day.
Standard Delivery Services
We typically use Royal Mail for most of our orders, however on occasion we may use UPS. The following are our delivery prices:
1: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50
2: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.00
It is important to note that Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not mean a guaranteed delivery in 48 hours. Likewise Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not mean a guaranteed delivery in 24 hours. These are Royal Mail 'targets' - and they offer no delivery time promises. We understand that this can appear misleading, but they are Royal Mail's service names and we cannot control actual delivery times. In all honesty, most do arrive within Royal Mail's targets; but be aware they are just targets.
